"I like working at VLS and there are number of reasons why I continue to work for the firm. First, my colleagues motivate and challenge me on a daily basis, I have gained valuable experience that has helped me grow professionally. Second, our clients are quality people. I enjoy working with the different types of clients that we have and challenges that they bring. And finally, this firm allows me to have flexibility and variety through seasonality. Since I work quite a number of hours during the LEA busy season, I’m able to enjoy more flexibility during our off season. The last couple of years I have been able to work during tax season which is my other favorite “job” to do. I like the excitement and challenge of our busy season with audits but also like the other projects and assignments that come my way."
