    Our Profit Enhancement Process (PEP) is a proven strategy that generates immediate and sustainable bottom-line results for companies. Through PEP, we train management teams to think like entrepreneurs. We help identify and implement profitable ideas that are often missed due to time constraints.

    1. Assessment Report. PEP begins with an assessment of a company from several business perspectives. Through the use of questionnaires, interviews with company personnel, and a review of financial, marketing and operational information, we develop an overview of strengths and weaknesses, key issues and areas of opportunity. The report provides the business with concrete ideas on how to better manage assets and credit, receive a higher return on its marketing investment, improve internal processes, reduce costs and better manage human resources.

    2. The Profit Enhancement Workshop. A PEP workshop is held with key company personnel to focus on the opportunities identified in the assessment phase.
