Richard H. Vicenti founded Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman in 1953. VLS is a mid-size accounting and business consulting firm with headquarters in
Glendora. We currently have eight partners, and Royce A. Stutzman serves as Chairman. VLS is comprised of approximately 60 members serving clients throughout Southern California.
VLS is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In conjunction with this membership, our firm has an outside peer review of our quality control procedures every three years. These reviews include a broad spectrum of engagements. We have consistently received unqualified ("clean") opinions in these reviews.
