Property Tax Property taxes in the state of California are used to fund the operations of local governments. The property taxes are taxed on two types of property - Real property, such as land, buildings and permanently improvements (secured property); and tangible Personal property, such as equipment, office furniture and portable machinery used in a trade or business (unsecured property). We work with our clients to help them meet the annual reporting requirements for personal property, review the valuation of real and personal property and assist in appeals as well as audits when necessary. Who Needs This Service? Any person or business that owns real property or tangible personal property used in a trade or business. Benefits to Our Clients
