Shari L. Prosser was promoted to Senior Manager at Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman in 2004.

Shari loves to travel.  She has taken nine Disney cruises including a trans-Atlantic cruise, Mediterranean cruise, Panama Canal cruise and various Caribbean ports.

"I love to read, cross stitch and scrapbook.  I have recently taken up quilting.  I also donate blood on a regular basis – at the current time I have donated 8.5 gallons."

Shari obtained her B. S. from Fresno State, certificate of school business from CSU San Bernardino and has worked as an Assistant Superintendent for a unified school district.  She specializes in school district audits and student body fund accounting workshops.

Shari has two children and three cats.  She power walks and competes in several half marathons annually.  Shari also plays English hand bells for her church and is fundraising chair and treasurer for her daughter’s girl scout troop.
