Priscilla Osborne Flores has been at Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman since 1985, obtained her CPA license in 1996, became a Certified Internal Auditor in 1997, and became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2011. She was promoted to Senior Manager in 2005 and has devoted her time to governmental audits and the preparation of income tax returns.

Priscilla participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Los Angeles/Long Beach in September, 2007, where she walked 39 miles over two days and, with 5 of her co-workers, collected over $2,500 of contributions for breast cancer research and medical treatment. She challenged herself to do this again in July, 2008 in San Francisco.

Just as she prepares and pushes herself to take on the Avon challenge, Priscilla applies the same persistence and preparation to auditing governmental agencies, preparing tax returns and advising tax clients. She works with individuals and businesses in the area of tax and is pursuing a Masters of Science in Taxation degree.

In addition to walking, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
