Dan Warden is a Director at Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman.

Dan joined VLS in the consulting division in 2000. During his tenure, he has assisted our education clients with a number of services including interim Chief Business Officer and Director of Fiscal Services, assistance with budget development and year-end closing, revenue optimization, workload and organization studies, collective bargaining support and aid with facilities, risk management, planning and other business-related issues. His technical expertise and varied experience combined with his non-judgmental approach to service has made him a favorite both with our clients and as an internal consultant for our staff.

Prior to joining VLS, Dan’s career in public education spanned 25 years. Jobs ranged from service as a financial operations consultant and assistant director for a county office of education to chief business official for a medium sized school district. Prior to his public education career he worked for a university, a major defense contractor, and a national CPA firm. He holds an MBA degree in Finance. 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid non-fiction reader, particularly of history. Other activities include church, travel and working jig-saw puzzles.
