Carl Pon was named Co-Managing Partner at Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman in 2001.

Carl has worked with business owners to navigate their business from start up to sale of their investment. For over 30 years he has worked as a CPA, providing advice dealing with business, finance, tax and accounting issues. Carl has over 25 years as a partner for VLS. For the last 10 years he has also been providing valuation consulting services, helping owners determine, manage, and harvest the value of their business.

Carl has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA (Go Bruins!) and a M.S. in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has been designated as a CPA/ABV by the American Institute of CPAs. He has been featured as a panelist in several Presidents' Forum events sponsored by The Entrepreneurship Institute. Carl is committed to the belief that all of life should be enjoyed, including your business life.

When not working with clients indoors, Carl enjoys spending time outdoors, taking part in activities ranging from fishing and hiking in the Sierras, to snorkeling in Maui, wake boarding on Big Bear Lake, mountain biking in the Claremont Wilderness Park, and exploring active mud volcanoes near the Salton Sea.

He has two daughters with his wife, Sue, and zero tuition checks left to write (woo hoo!).
