Ever since California passed legislation authorizing charter schools, VLS has been successful in maintaining long-term relationships with our charter school clients. While the charter school movement continues to grow, we also intend to expand our strong presence in the charter school industry, and we are actively seeking charters to provide top quality audit, accounting, and consulting services. Who Needs This Service?

Charter schools are required to have an annual independent fiscal audit that is performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
