Peer Review

VLS is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). As a member, our procedures and selected client files must be reviewed every three years by another CPA firm in an outside peer review. These reviews include a broad spectrum of engagements. We have consistently received unqualified ("clean") opinions in these reviews.
