Richard H. Vicenti founded Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman in 1953 in La Verne, CA. Our office is currently located in Glendora. Presently, VLS has nine partners and Royce A. Stutzman, who serves as Chairman. With over 60 members, VLS has a well-established reputation for providing quality professional services in Southern California, particularly throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.
